Installed APU is inoperable.  The internal condition is unknown. It was previously removed and disassembled for overhaul which was reportedly not completed.  See attached log entries: “APU is placarded and CB are collared APU is inoperative.”

Description of Accident

On 05/09/26, N119RM landed gear up at Page Field Airport (FMY), Florida.

Description of Damages

The damage includes but may not be limited to abrasion and related structural damage at the aft spar. Additionally, the flaps were extended and struck the runway and are damaged. The main landing gear wheels and tires are visibly damaged.
