HISTORY:  Richard J. Sample founded Sample International in 1978 in Ormond Beach, Florida and incorporated as a Florida Corporation in 1982.  Faith A. Collins joined Sample International, Inc. in 1984 and later became Claims Manager/Office Manager, with responsibility for the business in Dick’s absence.  In May 1999, Ms. Collins became owner and President of Sample International Aviation, Inc. (SIAI)

AVAILABILITY:  We have an adjuster ready to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

PERSONNEL:  We have 5 adjusters with All Lines Adjuster licenses - Florida & Georgia.

 INSURANCE:  We carry Errors & Omissions Insurance and Worker’s Compensation.

 TECHNOLOGY:  State-of-the-art computers and office equipment, clients forms in “template” on the computer, internet access and email, in-the-field cell phones, and Automated Stolen Aircraft Contact Database of over 5000 fax numbers

 TRANSPORTATION:   Our Ormond Beach based Piper Arrow is held in readiness enabling response to Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Bahamas within hours after tasking.   All adjusters are located near an International Airport with current passports, should airline travel be the economical choice.   Adjusters Maynard rents a local airplane as required.

·        Access to and listings of expert FAA Examiner, Flight Instructors, A&P Examiners, Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, Power Plant Specialists, Metallurgists, and Specific Type Rated Pilots.
