DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: On 08/08/2020 in a corn field in Lincoln, IA, pilot lost control of the helicopter while conducting chemical spraying, resulting in a
crash into the side of a small ditch.

LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT: Helicopter is being stored outside at Dawson Aircraft (877-293-5300) in Clinton, AR.
