           AIRCRAFT: 1964 Beech S-35 N8985M, serial number D-7314.  Total Time on this airframe is believed to be 5,027.29.  Invoice for the last Annual Inspection indicates

                               05/01/13 at Total Time 4911.2.  Tachometer on the date of loss was 5,027.29.  The aircraft flew 112 hours from Last Annual Inspection. 

 

The

          ENGINE:  Continental 10 520 BB.  Previous owner reports approximate TSOH on the engine is 1700 hours

         

          PROPELLER:  McCauley

 

          EQUIPMENT:  See photos - submerged in salt water for almost four days

 

          DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Impacted water off Marathon, Florida on 03/29/14

The aircraft is extensively damaged do to salt water submersion for nearly four days.  Impact damage to the propeller, control surfaces, tail cone, rear stabilizer and landing gear

         REMARKS:  THERE ARE NO LOGBOOKS            SUBMERGED IN SALT WATER FOR ALMOST FOUR DAYS
