          DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Aircraft lost engine on takeoff at Marion County Airport, FL and landed on airport property.                  

e        DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   See attached photos. Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:        **PHOTOS**

•  Propellers damaged and both engines experienced a prop strike.

•  Left wing is twisted, and wing tip and lights are damaged.

•  Left flap hinges are bent.

•  Left engine cowling is damaged.

•  Windscreen and pilot side windows are cracked.

•  Nose cone is crushed and nose gear door is torn off.

•  Both entrance steps are damaged

•  Belly skins are damaged.

         REMARKS:  **Logs do not appear to be complete.  There appears to be a gap in the logs from 1989 - 2003**
