EQUIPMENT:
DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: During an attempt to hand crank the propeller, the engine started and N55UA moved across the ramp and into a chain link fence. e DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES: See attached photos. Damage includes but may not be limited to the following: **PHOTOS**
· Propeller is damaged & engine experienced sudden stoppage · Both wings have substantial damage. · The flywheel is damaged · Nose bullet is damaged .
