                                 Approx Airframe Hobbs:  2980.2

                                 Last Annual 12/03/18 @ 2972.2 Hobbs.  Log entry indicates all new engine hoses, two new turbos,

                                 two new heavy alternators, all AD's and checks done.  ADSB in and out.  LED light conversion. No fuel leaks.  

                                 All new big brakes and rotors.

       

          ENGINE:        Lycoming IO-540-S1A5

                                  Left SN: L13597-48A.   Installed 08/11/2003 after overhaul @ 2088.1 Hobbs

                                  *Prior to CTL determination, Prop and Gov were inspected by Ameritech Industries on 7/2/19.

         

          EQUIPMENT:  The equipment includes but may not be limited to the following items that were removed for safekeeping:

         DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   On 05/30/19, N449JG sustained a right engine failure while in flight that was determined to have been caused by the

                                 crankcase through bolts coming loose and allowing vibration of the engine while in flight.  Pilot made an emergency landing in

                                 Crescent Valley, NV on a rutted terrain.                                                  

 

         DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:     Aircraft has not been formally inspected but may have sustained landing gear damage.  Aircraft was trailered

                                (without disassembly) to a local secured storage yard and is currently tarped outside.  Right engine is dissembled at Ly-Con. 

                                Left engine is intact.
