 Airframe: The airframe log records a Phase #1 inspection on 10/11/07 at 2157.9 total time.  Log entry on 11/14/07 records 2193.2 total time.  Aircraft stopped flying on 11/20/07 at approximately 2199. hours

 Engines:  Lycoming IO-360-L2A, s/n: L-31590-51A  Engine log records a Phase #1 inspection on 10/11/07 at engine total time 2157.9.  

 Propellers:  1A170E/JHA7660, s/n: WD23017.  Installed on N430ER on 05/04/07 at prop total time 3543.8 and prop TSMOH "0".   The prop log records a Phase #1 inspection on 10/11/07 at prop TSMOH 189.9.

 Avionics:  KLN 94; (2) KX155A, KR87, KT76C, KMA28, MX20  -  THERE IS NO GDL90 INCLUDED IN THIS SALE

 DAMAGE:  Potential buyers should carefully examine this airplane.  Damage includes but may not be limited to: 

•    Hail damage on all upper surfaces
•    Hail damage very minor on right aileron and left flap
•    Typical paint condition - minor chips and scratches

OTHER INFORMATION:  Aircraft was damaged by hail on May 4, 2005.  The airworthiness items were repaired and the aircraft has been flown for flight training since that time. Taken out of service in November 2007 at time of insurance claim settlement.
