          DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Nose landing gear collapsed on landing rollout. Date of loss was February 29, 2020

 

          DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   See attached photos. Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:        **PHOTOS**

                            

              *Ground contact damage was noted to both left and right propellers.

              *Damage was noted to the lower portion of the nose due to ground contact.

              *Both nose landing gear doors are damage.

              *A propeller strike inspection will need to be conducted on both engines.

 

         LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT:  Hatch Municipal Airport (E05), Hatch, NM.

                                                       Aircraft is currently parked on the transient ramp.
