ENGINE: Lycoming O-235-N2C, s/n: L-25524-15.

ENGINE: At tach 1987.1 on 05/28/15, the engine log book records Total Time in Service as 4881.7, and TSMOH 2478.6. (Current Tach is 2407).
Engine log begins 02/17/2011 with engine overhaul entry by Don's Dream Machines. Entry for engine installation on N1204D is dated 10/20/2011 and shows Tach 724.7, TTE 2405.0 and TSMOH "0".

PROPELLER: Propeller was installed new on 01/10/2013 at tach 103.3.
AIRFRAME: At tach 1987.1 on 05/28/15, the airframe log book records estimated Total Time in Service as 4881.7. (Current Tach is 2407)
OTHER EQUIPMENT: KX155 and KT76A (removed and located with logbooks)
DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: Nose first hard landing
DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:
Prop blades curled back
Engine experienced prop strike
Firewall wrinkled
Nose wheel torn off
Skin surrounding and aft of nose gear damaged
Exhaust stack and lower cowling damaged
Owner claims main gear assembly appears bowed in center compared to pre-incident condition
Pre-existing hail damage
LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT: In a hangar at Herlong Airport, Jacksonville, Florida
REMARKS: Contact Faith Collins to arrange for hangar access to inspect aircraft. Logbooks and removed avionics in SIAI possession.
**Only log prior to 2011 is a Canadian "Aircraft Journey Log". There is an entry with a clear time dated October 1996 at 63.5 total airframe hours. The next entry with a time is 06/03/1999 at 661.8 hours
and the last entry on 06/08/99 indicates 668.4 total hours. The next airframe log book begins in 2011 with the only times noted as Hobbs 911.0 and Tach 724.7. The Engine log begins 02/17/2011 with engine
overhaul entry.

You are advised that the described aircraft is for sale AS IS/WHERE IS. The aircraft may have been deregistered. Emails and faxes will be accepted no later than 4:30 pm EST, Friday on the date shown above.
The successful bidder will be notified on the following Tuesday and agrees to provide payment via wire transfer unless an alternate payment method is agreed to by Starr. Salvage will not be released until receipt of your wire
transfer or other payment method as agreed to by Starr. All storage and handling charges accrued prior to notification of high bid will be the responsibility of Starr and after that date will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Starr reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Starr makes no expressed nor implied warranties for the condition, fitness for purpose, value, airworthiness or operation of performance of any kind whatsoever, whether in contract or tort in respect to the sale of any aircraft salvage. The buyer
acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the aircraft before signing and forwarding their bid and purchasing same.
